When Shang-Chi is lured into the web of the enigmatic Ten Rings organization, he is forced to confront the past he believed he had left behind. Shang-Chi, also known as Master of Kung Fu and Brother Hand, is a superhero that appears in Marvel Comics' American comic books. Following the phony unveiling of the villain in Iron Man 3, the film, directed by Destin Cretton and starring Simu Liu, would introduce the actual Mandarin, played by the iconic Asian actor Tony Leung. It is Marvel's first film with an Asian lead.
Shang-Chi, the heir to the Ten Rings, is a master of kung-fu in the comics. Fu Manchu, his father, is thought to be a troubling representation of xenophobic stereotypes. Shang-arc Chi's in the MCU begins at an unusual moment, yet it corresponds to his journey in print. The nefarious gang has been a part of the MCU since its founding, but it has mostly operated in the shadows since their attempted kidnapping of Tony Stark.
Let’s have a look at the cast:
Simu Liu is Shang-Chi, a brilliant martial artist who was taught as an assassin by his father Wenwu from an early age.
Michelle Yeoh plays Jiang Nan, a mythical city's guardian.
Wong: A Master of the Mystic Arts, Benedict Wong
Awkwafina as Katy: Shang-close Chi's friend and hotel valet who is oblivious of his history.
Xialing is played by Meng'er Zhang, Shang-estranged Chi's sister and Wenwu's daughter.
Fala Chen as Jiang Li
Well, the good news is that further information regarding the film will be released soon.
